Currently we ship across the United States with complimentary, fully insured delivery and signature on receipt.
How long until my piece arrives?+
In-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 3–5 weeks, as each setting is built by hand.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?+
Every stone is conflict-free and fully traceable, meeting the Kimberley Process and our own stricter standards.
Do you offer lab-grown and natural diamonds?+
Both — many designs are available with either, so you can choose the stone that suits your values and budget.
What is your return policy?+
Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Engraved and bespoke commissions are final sale.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes — every Rogelio piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, plus complimentary resizing in the first year.
