These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns policy.

Products & pricing

Every piece is crafted by hand and photographed carefully, but natural stones vary — minor differences in colour, inclusion pattern, and finish are characteristics of fine jewelry, not defects. Stated carat weights and dimensions are approximate within industry tolerances.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We make every effort to keep pricing accurate; if a piece is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment. Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.

Orders & payment

Payment is collected at the time of order through our secure checkout partner. An order is accepted when we confirm shipment. Made-to-order and bespoke commissions begin production after payment and, being made for you, are final sale once engraving or bespoke work has begun.

Returns & warranty

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy: unworn pieces within 30 days for a full refund, with engraved and bespoke work final sale. Every piece carries our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage from accident or misuse.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, video, and text on this site belong to Rogelio Fine Jewelry and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
