Shipping

Every order ships free, fully insured, with signature required on delivery. In-stock pieces leave our atelier within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces and engagement commissions take 3–5 weeks, as each setting is built by hand.

You will receive a tracking link the moment your piece ships. For security, we never print the contents on the outside of the package — every order arrives in plain, discreet packaging with the Rogelio presentation box inside.

Returns & Exchanges

Unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Exchanges are always complimentary.

Engraved, resized, and bespoke commissions are final sale. To start a return, contact us and we will send a prepaid, insured shipping label — returns are insured door to door at no cost to you.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Rogelio piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers loose stones caused by setting defects, broken prongs under normal wear, and clasp or closure failures.

The first resize of any ring is complimentary within twelve months of purchase, and we offer complimentary professional cleaning and inspection once a year, for life.

Repairs & Resizing

We resize most rings and handle repairs in-house at the atelier. Reach out and we will arrange insured shipping both ways and a written estimate before any work begins.
